Counseling investment:

     $105 per 55 minute session

$160 per 90 minute session (recommended for 2+ people)

     $300 for 3-hour counseling intensive (10% discount)

  • Do you need or crave more time to make some headway, get relief or go really deep?  I created this just for you

  • This is also great for families who work better with less pressure to "wrap up" at an hour or 90 minutes, which is right when the rubber meets the road for some

**Sliding scale and pro bono therapy work offered based on availablity

*Coaching investment:

     $699 coaching start-up package includes

  • Discovery session (1.75 hours)

  • Two 75 minute coaching sessions

$175 per subsequent 75 minute coaching call

*why is the investment with coaching higher than with counseling?  Coaching is designed to be a powerfully accelerated process for the motivated woman. With the right tools, approach and accountability, this woman is ready to "make things happen", thereby making the coaching techniques rich, powerful and effective. By hiring a coach, the investment is higher but so is the motivation to work the program; therefore the outcomes are reported as life-changing experiences!

* Note on insurance

If your insurance offers out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a suberbill that you can submit to them for potential reimbursement. BE SURE TO CHECK IF THEY COVER TELEHEALTH!

There are some of the reasons why I choose not to panel with insurance companies:

  1. They dictate the length and type of care you receive, assuming a one-size-fits-all approach in treatment

  2. A conflict in values; I do not operate from a medical model perspective and they require a medical diagnosis

  3. A diagnosis stays on your record for life!

Keep in mind that reimbursement for counseling services from your insurance company is not guaranteed, even with documentation. You will need to contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

You can ask your insurance provider these types of questions to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
